  1. Looks like a fabulous vacation...and I'm so impressed that you got photos of children next to the characters. I believe this is the beginning of Princess adoration for Pink. ;-)

  3. Gotta love Disney vacations! Looks like you all had a fabulous time. I agree about the video - do you have a nice program that helps you make it?

  4. @Ann - let the fun begin! I am a little worried that Pink can name all the princess and fairies, but probably not as worried as I am that Blue can :-)

@Jenny - thank you very much!

@Tara - We had a great time! We use Windows Movie Maker - it's really intuitive, so it's good for people who don't do this very often!

  5. Claudia, I LOVED your hair! And Pink was worried that Mickey was going to eat her, but she sure took to EVERYONE!

  9. btw, I couldn't stop laughing at the shot of Red eating a fully loaded hot dog. It's such a far cry from your days as vegetarians!

  10. Thank you for sharing these photos. We just told the kids last week that we are headed to Disneyland in July for the first time ever!!!
The first time ever for ME and them. I've been wishing on a star for years that I could go!
Looks like a magical time for all of you.

  11. Looks like you had a great time. What was the verdict for you? Were you able to have fun without having every minute of every day planned? It's a magical place!

  12. Entertaining as usual! So how did that toddler/airplaine combo go? Should I just wait a couple more years to venture on an airplane or what?

  13. @Lynn - thanks for noticing my hair - I'm so horribly vain about it, and the darn 3oz rule really messes up my game. And that hotdog - 9:30 in the morning in chicago...totally grossed me out.

@Ann - He was amazed. We did the buzz ride three times at magic kingdom, twice at hollywood studios, and he stood in line for an hour in the blazing sun to meet woody.

@ Tristan - I wish that for you too.

@ Robyn - have a totally magical time - and try to get into it, it's canned entertainment, but it's Disney, you can't help but love it.

@Trista - I totally planned every minute of every day, including the strategy on how to maximize rides. Loved it.

@sjw - No way! Throw that kid on a plane! It's just the looks you get when you load two kids on that gets you, not the actual behavior of the two angels.

  15. Looks like a fun vacation. I really do wish I never have to sit next to a toddler on an airplane again, I only have to wait a couple more years...

  16. @Joy - I have loads of ideas about the way I would and wouldn't do things if we did this again. I'll email you.

@Charlotte - You always win for taking so many kids on an airplane, toddler or not.

  18. It looks like you had a great trip! And my kids will stand in line for hours as well just to get into the Buzz and Woody rides...there should be like 5 of those rides scattered throughout the park.

I love the video montage idea - I'm such a blogging slacker I'm going to just do one video montage at the end of each year and call it good :)
