Tie?

I may or may not have forgotten about the Thanksgiving wishbone until today...when Red and I each grabbed a side with our pinkie fingers...made a wish...and ended up with this.
The pieces are the same size (as exactly as we can estimate without really scientific equipment).
Cyber vote needed: who wins? Do we both get our wish? Neither one of us?

  1. I believe wishbone custom dictates you must now throw them at a dart board to break the tie...

    Cute new blog!

  2. Neither. We did this in second grade and my partner and I got same-size pieces--my teacher made us do it over and over until we got it right. She got really mad at me.

  3. Well - I don't know who won, but the Turkey definitely lost.

  4. Either you get out the scientific equipment (come on, you know you've got some somewhere-we do), or you try again with the stub. Good luck.

  5. Did you cook the turkey? Then you won (or lost, depending on how you look at it).

  6. Next time weaken the opponents side before you begin. Then there won't be a tie.

  7. um, I think it means you both get your wish, or perhaps the turkey wasn't getting enough calcium in their diet and had osteoporosis...which could be a bad omen and mean neither of you get your wish....did this help?
